PSL has four manufacturing facilities that are located in El Paso, Texas, San Antonio, TX, Reynosa, Mexico and Ciudad Juarez, Mexico. All manufacturing facilities have the latest, state of the art equipment including two EFI Nozomi high-speed digital printers. The facilities are strategically located to service both Mexico and the United States.
